Well, even if you had a commercial pesticide
applicator license, IMO, you would be using
the product in a manner not recommended
on the label.

For use in a structure, as a fumigant,
you would need to use a device which
would enter the fumes and leave product
residue outside the void. I use a home
made device which pumps vapor into
the void which allows fumes to dissipate
in a short time after use.
