The University of Illinois Institute for Genomic Biology has an opening for a Research Specialist in Life Sciences.

The primary function of the position is as a beekeeper of approximately 100 colonies.

The close date to apply is December 10, 2014.

The complete position description and the online application procedure can be found on the home page of the Illinois State Beekeepers Association (ISBA) website at www.ilsba.com (until December 11, 2014). I originally tried to attach the document to this post, but the post was rejected due to the attachment

I have no connection to the position or to the U of I Genomic Biology Research Lab. I was asked by the U of I Institute for Genomic Biology to help spread the word of the position being available.
