Thanks for the lead Juanse,
I’ve been outside screwing LP Smart Siding to the East side of Chateau Bucher all day. But, I’m chilled now.
I’ll focus on human nutrition, hot coffee and De Groot. I notice the paper is sixty years old and references pre-date it. Our tools are advanced since then. It is a place to start.
I read his comparison of expeller vs solvent processed soy. He does not mention an awareness of the natural presence of a lysine uptake inhibitor in soy. I don’t know when we began to process beans into soybean oil meal for animal food. Maybe someone from farm country could fill in that blank. Charles L?
I would still like to see a complete assay of good and poor pollens containing all components.
JB
