I bought one of the cheap 58-90 Brix Refractometers off Amazon.  I
checked it with my honey and got below 17%.  Seems "about" right. But, I
would like a more accurate reading.

I looked around for a good way to calibrate, as you can't calibrate with
water since the scale is too high.  "Dioptic Oil" was one method and
Olive oil another.  Before I bang my head about doing more research,
does anyone on BEE-L have a "good enough" method?

By the by, the instrument seems pretty well put together for the price.
