Hardly. I already mentioned the cells are laid on their sides on the last day (or two). I used to sell thousands of queen cells. Most beekeepers accepted the in a pile. One wanted them still in the frame, in a nuc. One of my best customers insisted that we cut them off the bars and place them in specially designed racks which would keep them in the natural position. He paid 25% more for them this way.  I'll never forget what he said to me: "You might get away with something most of the time, but it's best not to abuse your prerogatives."
