I step into this very gingerly and with the greatest respect, but I'm not
clear who reached this conclusion. The authors clearly state that:
"We found honey bee colonies in both control and neonicotinoid-
treated groups progressed almost identically,
and observed no acute morbidity or mortality in either
group until the arrival of winter. "
Their statement does not suggest to me that the feed was fatal for many of
the bees. Is there something that I'm missing?
