Can you feed while treating?
I am using formic acid in drylock pads every five days (Allen's tutorial on
his site- thanks) and am feeding two days after the pad goes on and stop
when the next pad goes on.
I feed through a hole in the inner cover cut to accept the lid of a quart
jar. That resides in an empty super. When I treat I remove the super and
jar and then replace them after 2 days.
The reason for this is I would like to get the syrup into the colony and do
not want to wait for 25 days to start.
Do you see any problems?
