Now I am confused. I thought the whole purpose of GMO modification was to make these substances significantly different.
Is this a further example of big company whitewash? 'Don't worry your little heads about what you are eating as we have decided on your behalf (and our profits) what is good for you' .
Seriously, can anyone explain how new proteins can be introduced to foods without making them significantly different from regular foods?
Incidently, what are regular foods in the scientific vocabulatory?
