Pete, it's not difficult to see what side of the "fence" you are on!

I don't read this as such a drama as you do.


However, it does seem to me that any beekeeper in that 850 square mile ( 220,149 hectares) area is greatly inconvenienced.  Is that fair?  Who will pay for relocation?
