I don't disagree with this, but feed lot fed beef has a MUCH higher E. coli
levels making contamination virtually unavoidable. Although, admittedly not
having read the entire article, honey contmination, to a point, is possible,
but the shere numbers of E. coli required to infect are less likely to be
present in honey, more likely on a level similar to Botulinum toxin which
makes it not suitable for babies under one year. Perhaps this is not an
Apples to Apples arguement, it was more to make the point that as a
population, we don't look at labels nor do we seem to care about what goes
into our food, for the most part.
