I'm in complete agreement with Pete. However, when we are speaking of
honey, we gotta be careful about using the word "toxin." Paracelsus made
clear that all things are toxins. I don't like to use the words "toxins"
and "honey" in the same sentence, due to the potential of tainting the
image of our crop.
On the other hand, I've recently been looking at some analyses of honey,
which often contain the degradation products amitraz. I'm uncomfortable
with this...
