Add to that never had foulbrood, which rarely anybody 
admits to.

 

A hive of mine had EFB in July 2000. The Bee Inspector said he thought it was sac but a laboratory analysis proved me right.  I've called in Bee Inspectors a couple of times since then with what I couldn't say wasn't EFB and it proved not to be.  I have seen AFB twice in other people's hives.
