I would sell me honey not claiming to bee GMO free and let the customer control my sales.  Customer doesn't want to buy my honey because it doesn't have a GMO free label on it, that's fine.  If a GMO free label is required, you better believe that my honey is going to be quite a bit more expensive.  That would mean each separate extraction would have to be tested and all the expense accrued would be added to the price of the honey.
