Well, Savannah's high school science fair project is based upon on this
concept, but also uses products that folks can easily "cook up" at home...
Will be interesting to see if it makes any difference or not...  Not living
in a big metro area, her challenge will be to see if she can identify the
probiotic critters involved instead of relying on prepublished data (that
said, why reinvent the wheel?).  Also, the fact that it is winter up here
and hives are clustered...  Not a whole lot of action going on and March is
around the corner...
