This process will not sterilize. There are plenty of bacteria that
can survive that treatment. Will take a pressure cooker for about an
hour to truly sterilize.
A strong enough oxidizer (like bleach) will sterilize if given some
time. So will enough radiation.
But generally no need to sterilize--only to disinfect, as most human
pathogens and decay organisms aren't that tough.
