The claim is not that Monsanto does, but that that Monsanto's products do.
Whatever the driving force, that statement itself appears to be
obviously true. Planting huge areas of herbicide resistant seeds and
and spraying the crops with Roundup does not leave much for bees.
Neither does desiccating crops at the end of the season.

That is also true.
