Mike covered this well, but, when you read the article, it seems more like
comedy than conspiracy. For example:
It began last summer when Ingram, who teaches children about natural
> beekeeping, gave a sample of his honeycomb to IDofA inspector Susan Kivikko

So you have a beekeeper who gives a foul comb to the State Inspector
claiming it is roundup contaminated and has no idea it is Foulbrood.
Then add-
> as well as more than 15 years' worth of research proving Monsanto's
> Roundup to be the cause of Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) destroyed.

So the burning of the equipment somehow destroyed 15 years of research,
which implies comb was not replaced over the 15 years. The implication is
that his bees suffered because of the roundup and that comb would prove it.
Also, his bees must have been suffering from CCD, since the combs would
prove it.
He teaches 'natural' beekeeping. Certainly reduces the beekeeper gene pool.
