One of my local beekeeping associates has just sold a colony of bees to a
man with a large greenhouse for indoor pollination. The greenhouse man
called asking the beekeeper to come deal with a problem - the bees are not
working on his plants, but rather stuck on the ceiling and not returning to
the hive. Knowing a bit about bees propensities, this would have been my
prediction.
The question from my friend is how can he accommodate the needs of the
greenhouse to have the bees pollinate the plants. Has anyone successfully
accomplished this? Any suggestions?
