Thank you Bob--my point exactly!  But the damage wasn't due to the seed
treatment, it was due to improper sticker and planting dust.  The justice
system easily recognized the problem, and Bayer paid damages, and then
worked to rectify the problem.

So the system appeared to work in this case.  As perhaps it worked in the
Monsanto cases.

I'm not defending Monsanto--I'm simply suggesting that we try to separate
fact from spin.
