I don't think there is any point injecting personal biases and speculating too much, or trying to talk 'natural' or 'not natural'

I merely am reporting what seems to me to be a coincidence in light of your previous mention of Frazier's alleged comment and Pete's recent offering.  It will be interesting if anyone else has had such an experience, particularly since so many beekeepers swear by thymol.
