They are saying that high levels of N. c. were found *in summer* in *productive colonies*! 

They are saying impacts from N. c. are minimal *in summer* in *productive colonies*! 

In short, not a problem and therefore no need to treat *with anything*, especially not Fumagillin

Hope they don't get sued by the manufacturer
