You mention Jeff Anderson. Jeff is an excellent beekeeper for whom I have
great respect, and with whom I speak regularly. In my trial for Remebee in
which we created CCD in a yard of healthy colonies by inoculating them with
a strain of IAPV, that strain was isolated from Jeff's operation.

Thank you for this field report Brian! We certainly hear from a few very
vocal beekeepers about their recurrent losses. In order to get a balance
view, I'd be very curious to hear from others in corn/soy country as to
whether others are able to keep healthy colonies despite exposure to the ag
