I've done that myself, lost three, four, even five paragraphs of thought. Doesn't that really bite? It's gotten me so angry that I just get up and walk away from the computer for an hour or two. That might be an add-on or a tool that these e-mail programers might add to our tool bar - a back key to go back to our previously erased text.
