The above strikes me as foolishness as does

This is not true of my customers.  The informed consumer who knows the what 
the particles in suspension really are will begin looking for them as a sign 
of quality honey.  Education is a wonderful thing.

------ Importantly, honey that has been filtered to meet USDA's grading 
standards may not have pollen, but it is still honey. ----

Perhaps the USDA standards people could use some education.
