I find this true also plus the food is less likely to mold with Honey B
Healthy mixed in. But the robbing! Either it needs to be on every hive or a
robbing screen needs to go on the hive with it because it sure attracts a
lot of attention. I take the screening off some of the package bee boxes and
make robbing screens from it, just the right size. Also I save some to fold
it in half length wise and tuck it in the entrance when I need the bees to
stay in, right size for that too. Plus it is great screen for doing a wash
for a mite check, big enough for mites to pass through.
The frugal beekeeper.
