The question from my friend is how can he accommodate the needs of the
greenhouse to have the bees pollinate the plants. Has anyone successfully
accomplished this? Any suggestions?

Some years ago I read an article describing reenhouse pollination
with honeybees.
It was claimed that if a colony was placed with an entranc into the
greenhouse and one to the outside some of the newly emerging bees would use
the enclosed entrance and return after foraging. It might be worth a try.
