>> Any thoughts for pumps or methods I can use? Any lessons learned?

This question has been covered many times over the years, so many contributors may not bother to repeat their comments and recommendations again. Some may. I know I have written about it more than once but am not likely to do so again.

A search of the archives at http://www.bee-l.org should turn up quite a bit of info.

For anyone who has tried searching and had poor success, I recommend using the advanced search.

Once mastered and when used intelligently with the right keywords, it generally retrieves quite fully.

Be sure to scroll down the results page to the snippets that show how the word(s) appear(s) in each message in the results. That saves clicking on every message.
