This is ridiculous. There have always been mild and strong cheeses, and mild and strong honeys. Mild honey often fetches a higher price. As a matter of fact, over half of the honey I produced this year came in May and was so mild that I could not determine its source (possibly black locust). I also produced very strong honey from japanese knotweed. Both types are in strong demand. By the way, I fed them nothing.
