This should have been attached to the precious email I sent.  Just picture observations using traps commonly sold in the US, vs the first design of the screen, and propolis in entrance of bee tree.  I figure I would share.  I do not have photos of the current screen but the idea is the same, same screen material just more room between top of frames and the screen allowing bees full access to the entire screen.  Amount of propolis changes dramatically when placed directly above brood space compared to above supers.
