The only way this can happen is for the perpetrator to harvest
individual email addresses from posts.  BEE-L membership is private
and only available to the list owner.  Archives are private and only
available to list subscribers.  Subscribing is OPEN, so a perp could
subscribe, review posts, harvest addresses, and leave.  The specific
offender mentioned is not subscribed to BEE-L
