I think that you got that wrong Randy.  My understanding was that it was quite 
peaceable until exposed to low-level neonics which incited this bizarre 
behaviour (European spelling, sorry) of:

"cutting off their wings, cutting off their antenna, cutting off their heads, 
cutting off their torsi (tarsi) and stabbing them to death."

You read it here, on the internet, so it must be true!

Reassuring (is it?!) to see that your press is at least as bad as ours.
