The pump is portable with a 2 inch opening & six HP.( I think without going
to look).
Trash pumps are for pumping some solids so they do not create the same
pressure as regular pumps which take a pressure relief valve and a bypass
back into the tank to keep from blowing lines off when the pump is running
and the pump fill shut ( I have a couple of these type syrup pumps and have
had plenty of lines leak and blow off if the return line setting gets off).
The pump we are using now is a "Power Max"
which was delivered for around $200 shipping included several years ago .
(also received a cool pocket knife free with the pump!)

Cummins, Harbor freight & others sell these pumps also but usually start
around $400 for the 2 inch models.
