Randy might be right once again.
I took some scraps of bee defecation on a frame. Put some water, let it soak
for a day (the feaces were dry, the frame was from spring dead out). Put a
drop on a glass, the the cover, then on the microscope.
at 400x I could not find any nosema spores at all, very few grains of
pollen, and lots lots of those round structures.
How do amoeba cyst looks like?
