Hi all,

I am under the impression that systemics ingest the "poison" thru the roots 
system from material being placed there in or on the ground for the purpose 
of pest control. Surely the pesticides are present in pollen as well as all 
parts of the plant, whether it be corn, cotton, beans or whatever. 
Therefore, any pollen carried to the hive is contaminated.

My thoughts are that in the fields of roundup ready crops there are no wild 
weeds and trashy flowers to make the pollen source complete for the honey 
bee. We are removing vital pollen by use of roundup and systemic pesticides. 
How do we expect bees to survive
without complete pollens? They will eventually fail if left on mono crops 
even though moved from one to the other.
