I didn't read the top line as touting his method, keeping bees via treatment free methods, as being the only way to keep bees. Rather, it is the only book being published ( I won't argue as to whether or not it is the only book published that touts a completely treatment free method.) that espouses a treatment free method. It's advocating that method. It's not stating that that is the only way to go, "one size fits all".
