Do you find bees working the Himalayan Balsam eagerly? I had a good size stand in my backyard once and only the solitary bees and bumble bees worked it all the time. Hardly ever saw a honey bee on it.
Perhaps there has to be a huge presence to attract honey bees? Does anyone in the US utilize Himalayan Balsam?
