>Aside from CCD, does anybody know if honey bees (and other insects):
1. Utilize vitamin C in the their bodily processes?
2. Produce vitamin C in their bodies?
AFAIK, No and No
> I'd like to know what evidence supports this contention?
Not my job.
See Alden's link viz toxcicity of VC to pathogens
I'm JUST doing an experiment, for 1.5 years now
I'd love other people to ALSO do experiments (and publish)
There is nothing so 'magical' that it can't be done 'wrong'
This is not proof of anything (human error is a constant given, doesn't need proof)
>So, I'd like to see less, not more, chemical being added to beehives.
Me too, but I'd also like to have living beehives
>And since CCD is hard to diagnose
This is why I have gone on tediously about STR, etc
No-one has said yay or nay
