Which guy? The authors are listed as Dick Rogers, Geoff Williams, Chung Lam, David Fischer, and David Hackenberg. Mr. Hackenberg's name is on the work, which implies that he agrees with the conclusions. No one would allow their name to be affixed to work that they did not agree with. He was there when it was presented and made no comments or disclaimers to the group, which is taken as approval and support for its conclusions. If he objected to the work, he should have had his name removed from it, and made his objections public.
