We have had repeated mass die-offs for as long as we have records, and mass
booms and busts are common in insect populations -- and other critters too
for that matter.
I guess the question, Jerry, is if you are correct, is there a solution, a
magic bullet that will make these events end, or is it something we will
have to live with into the foreseeable future?
