I wonder why the pads were installed to these African bees in Kenia. What
made these beekeepers apply the formic acid pads. Where the bees affected or
diseased? As far as I read these bees can handle Varroa very well. Afro's
seem to be the most healthy bees existing.Is it sure that it is Varroa. What
I see in Cameroon that people watching brown "animals" on the bees and read
about Varroa, whereas they are confronted with Braulica, which are harmless
in fact.
