Safest thing is to not eat, but if there's a lot, get it analyzed for  
metals.  I'd expect the aluminum levels to be elevated, and given the  
reactivity of honey, it would give me pause.
 
We did a lot of work with aluminum smelters in the 70s, it doesn't rust,  
but there are surface reactions - and after 20 years, who knows?
