Thanks for pointing that out. Honey was used in baby formula for decades, nobody was harmed by it. I always thought the whole "botulism in honey causes sudden infant crib death" was nonsense. But I had a friend (a beekeeper, too) whose first baby died of that, so I have always kept quiet on that issue.
