Usually the first week of October. This year we weighed at the middle 
of September. Usually aim to have all the honey off by the end of 
September, and then weigh. Small crop this year meant I could weigh 
earlier. With 2:1, that's probably a good thing, so they can ripen 
the syrup properly. Wouldn't have been easy for them to ripen syrup 
in October this year. Too cold.
