I have been following the research on Resveratrol and longevity with interest. If a beekeeper could extend a 6-week life span to 9-weeks in the honey producing (or pollination) season with the use of Resveratrol, this could make a significant difference. It would perhaps be financially viable.
I don't think this would work with bees. Longevity, for the most part, is limited by the wear and tear of wing membranes. Don't think Resveratrol would affect this wear and tear.
