Drenching can kill a percentage of bees coated with the syrup. We found
that a shot of Honey Bee Healthy was sufficient to get colonies that weren't
taking syrup, to resume feeding, and thus, take the medicine.

We also get better control by using 2 applications at the recommended dose
- about a week apart; then using a double strength dose.

Its worth trying - can't say that the HBH will work if the colonies are
really in bad shape, but it works for us.

Jerry
