Just out of curiosity, how many of you plant or have planted buckwheat? If

BTDT. I planted it for organic reasons, not for the honey, which sells well
in upper NY state, but it is foul for most the rest who try it. Probably do
just as well selling sweetened coal tar :)
It is very easy to grow. I used a tiller.
Actually, the worst honey I have ever tasted was lehua honey from Hawaii.
Buckwheat is strong, but those who eat a lot of honey know that the darker
ones have interesting flavors. Buckwheat is very dark.
