I have never used Fumidil and do not seem to have a problem with nosema.
Last year I spent some time looking for it because I was worried about N
Ceranae, but I was unable to find any nosema spores.
However, I do use thymol crystals for varroa control and recent research
(http://www.apidologie.org/index.php?option=article&access=standard&Itemid=129&url=/articles/apido/abs/2008/04/m07071/m07071.html)
suggest that thymol may be effective against nosema. True, the research
focused on feeding thymol, but I have to wonder if the vapour has a similar
effect.
Best wishes
