Would have been easier for many commercial beeks if those pushing the *word*
CCD had stuck with the first wording used:

"Disappearing disease"

It was "the working groups, east or west?" that  came up with the new name. I guess new grants are easier to obtain for new problems.
After all it is a new problem ,isn't it??????
