I plant artichokes in my garden. They grow to about 8' and have many small sunflower-type flowers. [It's the tubers that are eaten by humans, stock etc.] I noticed the blossoms were worked by the bees quite a bit this year. Anyone know if it's a good honey plant?
Thank you!
Waldemar
