This seems like a bit of a stretch to me, Dean, although I've been largely
with you up to here.
Real bee bread is made from in-flight bee-inoculated pollen, stored in wax
cells, and fermented at about 95F.
Home-fermented bee bread is made from in-flight bee-inoculated pollen,
stored in a plastic bucket, and fermented at about 95F.
I would expect there to be some difference, but not to the degree that you
claim. I suggest that your use of the word "probably" may be ill-advised
unless you can substantiate it with data.
